Nothing new. She has been having contractions for the last 5 days. The first three days it was three hours of contractions ten minutes apart and then they stopped.
Yesterday they went on for closer to six hours.
Looks like progress to me but I am not pregnant.

Having contractions and then have them stop is actually WORSE than if you'd never had them in the first place (emotionally--for the mom, anyway). You get your hopes up that the wait is finally over and then... nothing. grrr. I'm getting cranky just thinking about it...
